This meeting will be conducted both in-person in the Sacramento Suburban Water District’s Boardroom at 3701 Marconi Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95821, and by videoconference and teleconference using the information provided below. Portions of this meeting will be conducted by teleconference in accordance with Government Code section 54953(b). The teleconference locations for the meeting are as follows: (1) District boardroom at the above address, and (2) Renaissance Tulsa Holtel and Convention Center, 6808 South 107th East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74133.  Each teleconference location is accessible to the public, and members of the public may address the Board of Directors from any teleconference location.

The public is invited to listen, observe, and provide comments during the meeting by any method provided. The Board President will call for public comment on each agenda item at the appropriate time.

The District recommends that members of the public participate in public meetings via videoconference and/or teleconference per the instructions below.
