Term: 2022 - 2026

Director Gwynne Pratt has lived in the District since 2014 and in Sacramento County since 2000. She is a retired attorney, having worked as Deputy County Counsel in El Dorado County and Placer County and as Staff Counsel III for the State of California, Department of Rehabilitation. Her goal is to serve the  ratepayers by ensuring the District provides safe drinking water and has sufficient water to deal with fires. Her activities include equine rescue, kayaking hiking and cycling.
