All meetings are open to the public. Attendance and participation is encouraged.

The regular monthly Board Meeting will be held in-person and via Zoom on the third Monday of each month, commencing at 6:00 p.m. except that the January meeting will be held on the fourth Monday of that month due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday and the February meeting will be held on the Monday following President’s Day Holiday.

Committee meetings are scheduled as necessary.

If there is an item on the agenda that you wish to speak on, and are unable to make the start of the meeting, please contact SSWD staff to notify the Board President.  SSWD staff will do their best to accommodate your request.

Video conference and teleconference is optional. The public is invited to listen, observe, and provide comments during the meetings by either method provided below. The Chairperson will call for public comment on each agenda item at the appropriate time and all votes will be taken by roll call.

For members of the public interested in viewing and having the ability to comment at the public meeting via Zoom, an internet enabled computer equipped with a microphone and speaker or a mobile device with a data plan is required. Use of a webcam is optional. You also may call in to the meeting using teleconference without video.
